GENERAL MEDICINE DEPARTMENT
Functions:
The General Medicine Department is a clinical practice area, with the function of consultation and screening for outpatients and inpatients management; prescription for outpatients; carry out day care and primary health care education, under the direct leadership of the director and responsible to the director for its operation.
Tasks:
1. Organize to welcome carefully for outpatient screening and management. Arrange staffs to take the admission patients to clinical depart ments for medical management. Prevent from making any inconvenience to the patient.
2. Bring into the implementation of screening and prescription, outpatient management, daycare. Monitoring and urging for distribution clients in clinic area to prevent patients from waiting so a long time
3. Upon medical screening, if detecting any pandemic cases, immediately report to the local CDC (Certral for Diseases Control) according to regulation on pandemic prevention. If detecting any medical error of lower level line, reporting to General Planning Department to notify the problems to the lower level institution.
4. Building working plans and bringing them into implementation, building internal regulations, professional rules and technique protocol of department and submit them to the hospital's leadership for approval.
5. Participate in solving social affairs and the nutrition medicine network of the hospital.
6. Scientific research, communication, health education, prevention of pandemic, prevention of labor accidents and traffic accidents.
7. Training and participating in medical education and training
8. Term review, summarize and evaluate the result of department’s working.
9. Carry out other tasks assigned by the Director.
