NATIONAL REHABILITATION HOSPITAL PARTICIPATES IN THE 2026 CAREER ORIENTATION AND JOB FAIR AT HAI DUONG MEDICAL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY
To proactively attract highly qualified healthcare professionals in support of its comprehensive development strategy, National Rehabilitation Hospital participated in the 2026 Career Orientation and Job Fair organized by Hai Duong Medical Technical University on the morning of June 6, 2026.
The Hospital delegation was led by Cam Ba Thuc, MD, PhD, the Hospital's Director. Other members included Le Thi Nguyet, MSc, Head of the Organization and Administration Department, as well as experienced technicians and professional staff from various departments and divisions throughout the Hospital.
The 2026 Career Orientation and Job Fair at Hai Duong Medical Technical University was a large-scale event attended by nearly 600 final-year students approaching graduation and more than 20 employers, including reputable hospitals and healthcare institutions from across the country.
The event served as an important forum and networking platform, enabling healthcare institutions to engage directly with a well-trained pool of emerging health professionals.
As one of the participating employers, National Rehabilitation Hospital presented a range of attractive career opportunities in key professional fields, including rehabilitation, nursing, and medical imaging technology.
The Hospital’s objective at the event was to identify and recruit outstanding candidates with strong professional knowledge, practical competence, and enthusiasm, thereby strengthening its highly qualified workforce.
At the Hospital’s career counselling and recruitment booth, Cam Ba Thuc, MD, PhD, and other members of the delegation met directly with final-year students, discussed their career aspirations, and answered their questions.
From an employer’s perspective, the Hospital’s leaders outlined its future development strategy and introduced students to its professional, modern work environment. They also provided information on employee benefits, talent attraction policies, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement at the Hospital.
Le Thi Nguyet, MSc, Head of the Organization and Administration Department, reported that the Hospital had received numerous applications from promising candidates with strong academic results and records of personal development, submitted through on-site interviews and direct applications at the event.
Recruiting young and dynamic professionals from a high-quality educational institution such as Hai Duong Medical Technical University—which reports a graduate employment rate of over 98%—will provide an important source of human resources for the Hospital. This will further improve the quality of treatment, patient care, and rehabilitation services.
In addition to recruitment activities, the program provided an opportunity for the Hospital to strengthen its relationship and exchange views with the University’s leadership and faculty members.
Feedback based on the Hospital’s practical experience as a healthcare employer will help the University continue revising and updating its curricula to align more closely with the current workforce needs of the healthcare sector. This is particularly important, as Hai Duong Medical Technical University is participating in developing professional competency standards for rehabilitation technology on behalf of the Ministry of Health.
