LEADERS OF SAM SON CITY MEET THE TEAM OF YOUNG DOCTORS WORKING AT MEDICAL FACILITIES IN SAM SON CITY

On the afternoon of December 02nd, 2024, the young doctors from National Rehabilitation Hospital participated in a meeting with the Leaders of Sam Son City.
Mr. Bui Quoc Dat, a member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Sam Son City, chaired the meeting. In addition, there were representatives of the leaders of the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee; the Department of Internal Affairs, Sam Son City Youth Union; the sponsoring unit is Anh Tuan Service and Tourism Development Joint Stock Company; the Board of Directors of the hospitals: Sam Son General Hospital, National Rehabilitation Hospital; Thanh Hoa Rehabilitation Hospital; Sam Son Medical Center and 21 young doctors working at the hospitals.
At the meeting, Speciaist level II Doctor Le Huy Cuong - Deputy Director of the Hospital, on behalf of the leaders and doctors of the National Rehabilitation Hospital, expressed his deep gratitude for the attention and facilitation from the leaders of Sam Son city during the time. Besides, he also frankly shared the difficulties in facilities, as well as the mechanism to attract young doctors with deep expertise to work at the Hospital.

For the young doctors, this was a good chance to meet the Leaders of Sam Sơn city and colleagues from other medical units. This was also an opportunity for the doctors to understand the attention of the Board of Directors for the medical sector in the city and especially the attention and encouragement for the young medical staff. Through that, the doctors also had more motivation and direction to strive to study, contributed to their expertise and profession, applied new and modern techniques in medical examination and treatment, contributed to the best health care for people in Sam Son city in particular and Thanh Hoa province in general.
On behalf of the city's leaders, Mr. Bui Quoc Dat, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the team of young doctors, nurses and technicians at medical facilities in Sam Son city. During the past time, they had been the pioneer in the voluntary blood donation movements and free medical examinations for people. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee would propose to the city’s leaders and the city's departments and agencies to direct relevant functional forces to strengthen coordination to ensure security and order at medical facilities, create favorable conditions for medical units in general and young medical staffs to work and contribute long-term in the city. He assigned the People's Youth Union Office and the City People's Committee to develop a plan to organize cultural, artistic and sports activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day, February 27, 2025. He assigned the Sam Son City Youth Union to establish a Young Doctors' Club in the city. The club would be a place to exchange knowledge and professional expertise. In addition, it was necessary to coordinate with the team of young doctors to advise the city to develop a project to support and help autistic and depressed youth.

Besides, consider Sam Son as their second hometown to stay long-term, bring confidence to patients and their families in the work of caring for and protecting people's health.
