Organized with the support of the Administration of Medical Examination and Treatment (Ministry of Health), the Vietnam Rehabilitation Association (VINAREHA) coordinated with the National Rehabilitation Hospital to execute this large-scale event.

The Conference was held over two days on October 17 and 18, 2025, it attracted the participation of over 700 delegates, including top managers, experts, doctors, technicians, and lecturers from across the country.
