Internal Medicine Department
INTERNAL MEDICINE DEPARTMENT
Functions:
The Internal Medicine Department is a clinical department with its functions are health check up and health management for internal diseases, infectious and tropical diseases, under the direct leadership of the director and responsible to the director for the operation of the department.
Tasks:
1. Providing health check up and health management and emergency service for patients with internal diseases, infectious and tropical diseases.
2. Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, musculoskeletal ultrasound scan and performing internal procedures.
3. Critical and palliative care.
4. Building department’s working plan and bring it into operation, building internal regulations, professional rules and technical protocol of department and submit them to the hospital's leadership for approval.
5. Participate in solving social affairs and nutrition medicine network in hospital.
6. Scientific research, communication, health education.
7. Training and participating continuing medical education.
8. Term review, summarize and evaluate the result of department’s working.
9. Carry out other tasks assigned by the Director.
