HANOI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY VISITS THE NATIONAL REHABILITATION HOSPITAL ON THE OCCASION OF THE 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF VIETNAMESE DOCTORS' DAY (FEBRUARY 27, 1955 - FEBRUARY 27, 2025)
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2025), on the morning of February 21, 2025, representatives from Hanoi Medical University visited and congratulated Board of Managers, doctors, and medical staff at the National Rehabilitation Hospital.
At the visit and congratulatory meeting, the Hanoi Medical University was represented by: Associate Professor. PhD. Ho Thi Kim Thanh, Vice Rector of the University; along with Heads and Deputy Heads of functional departments of Hanoi Medical University.
Representing the National Rehabilitation Hospital were: Dr. Cam Ba Thuc, Secretary of the Party Committee, Hospital Director; Dr. Le Huy Cuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Hospital Director; along with several heads and deputy heads of departments; resident doctors working and undertaking clinical practice at the Hospital.
Speaking at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Thi Kim Thanh, Vice Rector of the University, highly praised the outstanding achievements of the National Hospital of Rehabilitation in treatment, research, and healthcare for the people. In particular, the hospital has successfully implemented many advanced and high-tech techniques in the medical field, especially in the specialty of rehabilitation, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment services. She also shared that Hanoi Medical University will always closely coordinate and create all favorable conditions for the National Hospital of Rehabilitation to soon complete the procedures for merging and becoming a practice hospital of the University.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and all staff of the Hospital, Dr. Cam Ba Thuc expressed sincere gratitude for the affection and special attention that the University has shown to the Hospital on Vietnamese Doctors' Day, February 27th. He also expressed his hope that the University will invest further in resources, both human and economic, so that the Hospital can better leverage its existing strengths, while also improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, developing human resources, and investing in advanced technology to meet the increasing healthcare needs of the people.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the school delegation presented a bouquet of fresh flowers and extended warm congratulations and sincere gratitude to all the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff. This was an important opportunity to honor those working in the healthcare industry who have continuously dedicated themselves to the cause of public health.
