On the afternoon of September 5, 2025, the National Rehabilitation Hospital welcomed 30 students from the International University of Health and Welfare in Japan. This event was part of a student exchange program between Hanoi Medical University and the International University of Health and Welfare.
As one of Hanoi Medical University's key training and practical facilities, the Hospital was honored to host the students. The group came to observe, learn about, and experience the hospital's day-to-day operations, including patient care and treatment.
The delegation was greeted by Cam Ba Thuc. MD.PhD, Director of the National Rehabilitation Hospital, along with leaders of various departments and lecturers from the Thanh Hoa Campus of Hanoi Medical University who are currently working at the Hospital. Leading the Japanese delegation were representatives from the Training Management Department of Hanoi Medical University and lecturers from the International University of Health and Welfare.
During the internship, the students were given an overview of the Hospital, toured various departments, and observed firsthand the processes of examination, treatment, and rehabilitation. This activity not only provided the international students with valuable practical knowledge but also helped strengthen the cooperative relationship between the institutions.
This was a valuable opportunity for the National Rehabilitation Hospital to showcase its achievements and professional expertise, while also learning from Japan's advanced healthcare and education models.
