In 1999, the Ministry of Health converted the Central Nursing House II into the Central Hospital for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Decision No. 2312/1999/QD-BYT dated July 30, 1999 with the new functions and tasks as: : Rehabilitation, nursing and medical examination and treatment for all subjects in need.
