NATIONAL REHABILITATION SCIENCE CONFERENCE 2025: ELEVATING STATUS AND USHERING IN A NEW ERA FOR VIETNAM'S REHABILITATION SECTOR
Sam Son, October 18, 2025 – The National Rehabilitation Science Conference 2025 – the industry's largest scientific event of the year – concluded with brilliant success, leaving many significant marks in professional expertise and international cooperation.
Organized with the support of the Administration of Medical Examination and Treatment (Ministry of Health), the Vietnam Rehabilitation Association (VINAREHA) coordinated with the National Rehabilitation Hospital to execute this large-scale event.
Impressive Scale, Leading Experts Converge
The Conference was held over two days on October 17 and 18, 2025, it attracted the participation of over 700 delegates, including top managers, experts, doctors, technicians, and lecturers from across the country. This is the clearest evidence of the deep interest and the growing demand for scientific updates among the healthcare workforce.
A special highlight of the Conference was the presence of six international experts from developed medical systems, including South Korea, Thailand, and Japan. The participation of these experts elevated the event's global standing, bringing valuable reports on advanced Rehabilitation trends and techniques worldwide.
In addition to the scientific presentation sessions, the Conference also served as a bridge between science and technology, with the participation of nearly 30 enterprises operating in the field of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and supplies. Leading up to the main Conference, on October 16, 2025, the National Rehabilitation Hospital and the Vietnam Rehabilitation Association successfully organized 4 specialized workshops and training sessions. These sessions attracted over 200 delegates to attend at the Hospital's headquarters.
The Pre-Conference activities not only created a sensation but also firmly affirmed the role of the National Rehabilitation Hospital as the leading healthcare institution, a center for specialized training, technical transfer, and continuous knowledge updates for the Rehabilitation workforce across the country.
