FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
Functions:
The Finance And Accounting Department is the professional department of the Hospital, with the function of advising and assisting the Director of the hospital in managing the finance – accounting in accordance of the law. Responsible to director of hospital for activities of finance – accounting in the hospital.
Tasks:
1. Make annual working plans of the department. Then they submit those plans to the Director for approval and bring into implementation.
2. Based on the current mode and policies and working plans of the hospital, Finance Department building budget plan, estimating input budget and expenditure of the hospital and bring into implementation.
3. According to the orientation and economic statistic in hospitals’ activities on healthcare, managing input and output budget strictly according to regulations.
4. According to the budget plan and other income sources, distributing the expenditure for each specific activities of the hospital.
5. Organize the accounting activities in the hospital according to current regulations. Carry out in time the labour accounting such as: Salary, policy, mode, materials, property, administrative career. Organize the guidance, checking and monitoring of the accounting affairs and the hospital's budget revenue and expenditure.
6. Term report budget settlement, asset inventory.
7. Organize the preservation and storage documents of accounting according to regulations..
8. Summarize situation, specific data, analyze the financial activities results of the hospital.
9. Participate in social affairs at the hospital.
10. Participate in scientific research and communication.
11. Term review, summarize and evaluate the result of working.
12. Carry out other tasks assigned by the Director.
