Nutrition Medicine Department


The Nutrition Medicine Department is a clinical department that carry out nutrition medicine for patients, under the direct leadership of the director of hospital and responsible to the director for the operation of the department.
1. Advisory for management board on nutrition medicine activities in hospital.
2. Building plans for activities on clinical nutrition in hospital.
3. Screening, counseling and applying dietary regimes suitable to the medical status of patients.
4. Building dietary regimes suitable to the nutritional and pathological status of inpatients of the hospital.
5. Coordinate with clinical departments in using nutrition regimens for patients with severe malnutrition, patients are assigned to the level I care.
6. Food quality control, providing meals with suitable nutrition for patients in their beds in the hospital. Checking for food safety in the hospital.
7. Checking and supervision of following up regulations on nutrition activities in clinical departments and in hospitals.
8. Head point for building documents, counseling, communication on nutrition and food safety for patients, their relatives and other people in the hospital.
9. Participate in training on nutrition and food safety.
10. Scientific research and application of advanced science and technique on nutrition and food safety in management, disease prevention and health promotion.
